LIVING FULLY IN ALIGNMENT WITH YOUR INTUITION

How would it be to live every single moment totally in tune with your intuition, totally connected to your inner guidance, moving through life with a direct connection to the intelligence of your heart, and only taking action that is guided by a deeper knowing?

Every single day we are presented with opportunities to listen to the mind or listen to the heart. Some of these opportunities are seemingly small, such as what to eat for breakfast, and some are major decisions which create turning points in our life's journey. When we practise attuning ourselves to our intuition with every single opportunity, no matter how small, we feel more connected, more free and more empowered, and life reflects this alignment back to us externally.

Let's say someone invites you to join them for coffee. The feeling may arise that it doesn't feel true to go. There may not even be a clear cut reason why, it may just not feel right. If you're present in your body you may notice a subtle contraction in the belly; life communicating through internal feelings and sensations. But the mind may jump in and say, "I don’t want to say no and hurt this person's feelings. If I say no they may feel rejected and think that I don't like them. I should be kind and being a good person means not hurting others. And anyway, it will only take an hour." This stream of thought may not be explicit, but subtle, like a background sense of semi-conscious beliefs and thought processes. In this scenario the truth is that it’s actually not true or aligned for you to join this person for coffee, but due to unconscious beliefs (fear of being a 'bad' person / difficulty in saying 'no'), the mind rationalizes the unaligned decision as a way to avoid the discomfort of possibly seeing someone upset and being perceived as an unkind person (the ego is identified with the conceptual self).

But what if in real time you could become consciously aware of what was playing out?
You would be able to stand in your True power and choose to align with the deeper truth. What if you were able to live in this way and only take action on what feels aligned?

How would your life be different?

This leaves the mind hanging. It might panic at this prospect, it might freak out.… but that's ok. It's an old way of operating which is probably not relevant for you anymore. When our system becomes infused with higher consciousness, we start to operate on a totally different level, not from the limited intelligence of the mind but from the vast intelligence of heart. The heart is the gateway to the greater divine intelligence, and when we move and live in harmony with it, we move and live in harmony with the whole of life.

Because the heart is connected to the whole, it has access to a bigger picture, which the mind cannot perceive. The mind's perception is limited by its conditionings and beliefs and it is not able to understand why intuition or guidance feels a certain way, but if we choose to follow it without needing to know, life reveals it to us.

For example, maybe a strong feeling arises to go for a walk in the park. The mind might jump in and say, "I should do my work, that's what's important, and I have so much to do. I don't have time to go for a walk." So the feeling of intuition is ignored. But the mind doesn't know that if we were to go for a walk in the park we would meet somebody, and that interaction may change the whole direction of our life.

When we choose to live in alignment with our intuition we give up our allegiance to the mind and its small understandings and we align fully with the greater intelligence of life, in every moment, no matter what.

I invite you to tune in and listen to your body, listen to the whispers of your inner guidance, and only follow what feels deeply true, what feels deeply in alignment.

And just watch how quickly your life begins to transform!

Thank you Louise! This is a great reminder to listen more closely to the heart. This also raised a question as I often have this certain underlying voice suggesting I move in a certain direction with something but I don’t always move that direction because I do not know if it is my heart or intuition but rather a way to escape doing what my mind believes I should do as it is often something either easier or more exciting that I feel this pull toward.

As of lately I have been following these pulls of the subtle voice that tells me that i don’t really need to do such and such that the mind says is important. Even just not to do simple jobs right away around the house or to email certain persons etc.

How do I know for sure if my choice is of a more true nature especially when the mind can act the character of so many different type characters of both a good person or bad person for instance?

Thank you, Michael

The Blue

Every day God gives a shot of Blue.
You have to get up in the morning
To let this Blue shoot right through you
so Holy Spirit ignites without warning.

There it is! The Blue! Up there!
God’s pouring it from his very big cup
It there! Up there! Just in the air!
All that’s required of you is that you look up.

The Blue’s so rich it lasts you through the day.
It infuses commonalities.
In wordlessness the Blue has its say,
And atheist arguments come to their fatalities.

Blue is the color of God’s mysteries
Telling more than all man’s written histories.

Only a perfectly good Being would feel bad and mis being Itself and long to unite with Itself if, after giving It's Life for someone else so that also that someone else would have Its perfect happiness, It were under the impression and belief It is but that imperfect someone else doing imperfect things.

It is that perfectly good Being that is now remembering this in Its human appearance.

Correction: "miss".
Part of experiencing being but and imperfect human, doing imperfect things... and then feel dumb, guilty, and ashamed.

Experiencing being but a human is the cross. Thank God our true Being is infinitely greater and better than that.

As Such we all have given our Life for the humans, that also they would have and enjoy God's Life, as an eternal living divine inheritance.

To make ik easier to read, no longer separating "if" and "It"::

Only a perfectly good Being would feel bad and miss being Itself and long to unite with Itself after giving It's Life for someone else, so that also that someone else would have Its perfect happiness, if It were under the impression and belief It is but that imperfect someone else doing imperfect things.

It is that perfectly good Being that is now remembering this in Its human appearance.
