While this environment is supportive, deep meditative practices can sometimes be mentally and emotionally demanding. For this reason, the retreat is not suitable for those navigating active mental health crises or unstable psychological conditions. If you have a history of mental health illness, we require that you consult with your therapist or doctor and obtain their written approval to ensure this retreat is a safe and supportive environment for you at this time.
By participating, you acknowledge that deep introspective work can sometimes bring physical, psychological, or emotional shifts to the surface. You agree that the organizers, facilitators, and staff are not responsible for your health, well-being, or any reactions you may experience during or after the event. You accept full responsibility for your own self-regulation, mental health, and physical safety throughout the retreat, and expressly waive any liability claims against the organizers or venue owners for bodily or mental injury.

During this retreat, sessions will be recorded (audio/video) and photographed. Retreat recordings may be published on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. If you wish to ask a question during a session but prefer not to appear on video, you must inform Skip before you begin speaking. In this case, only your voice will be recorded. Please be aware that once you are recorded on camera, it is not possible to retroactively edit or remove your image from the final video. By attending and asking a question, you consent to being recorded and agree that these materials may be published, distributed, or otherwise used for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes.

I agree to abide by all safety and house rules established by the venue where the retreat is held.
No Refund/No Compensation
The Organisers reserve the absolute right to expel any participant from the retreat and the venue premises immediately, if their conduct is deemed illegal, disruptive or unsafe. If I am expelled for conduct violations, my ticket is voided without a refund. I further understand that the Organisers will not be liable for any resulting travel or accommodation losses caused by my removal.
