When and how do I pay?

Payments are made before the session via PayPal. You can use the 'Book' button on the sessions page or pay directly through PayPal to info@louisekay.net. If you would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer please contact Louise before making your booking. Please note that ECheques are not accepted. For sessions that are done in person cash payments are also accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel later than 24 hours before your session is due to start you will be charged the full amount. Exceptions will be made in special circumstances.

Will my session be recorded?

I am no longer recording sessions but you are welcome to record from your side if you wish to do so.

Are sessions done in person, over the phone or through Skype?

Sessions can be done in person or on Skype. If you are not able to use Skype please contact Louise to make other arrangements for the call.

Should I do anything to prepare for my session?

Please test your Skype including video and audio before the session to ensure everything is set up and working well.
Please ensure that you won't be interrupted during the session.

If I book a package can I save my sessions for when I need to use them or do I have to do one session a week?

You don't need to do one session every week. You can contact Louise to schedule your sessions when it feels right for you.
