The RetreatYou're invited to join Louise Kay in Colorado, USA for this 7 day 'Awakening the Wisdom Heart' retreat. When we turn our attention inwards and become very still we are able to transcend the noise of the conceptual mind and drop into pure Being. It is here in the silence of the present moment that we open up to a realm of infinite intelligence. By living moment to moment in presence this intelligence is able to flow through our physical form untainted by conditionings and unconscious patternings, allowing us to live fully in Truth as a divine expression of wisdom and unconditional love.
The focus of the retreat will be on meditation and application of the teachings, with opportunity to ask Louise questions directly related to the practice.
All participants will receive downloadable video recordings of the guided meditations and group sessions. Livestream tickets and scholarships are available. In order to support the deepening and integration of the teachings, silence will be observed from 9:00pm until 7:30am and Louise may invite you to spend 1-3 days in full silence.
